Terms & Conditions:

You are strongly recommended to arrange your own insurance cover, for cancellation, injury, personal belongings and personal liability.

 

Refreshment and lunch breaks to be taken at appropriate times throughout the day.  Please arrive on time, as due to the nature of the course you may not be able to take part in the session if you are late.
 
If you cannot arrive at 8:30 on any day then please contact us immediately on +44 2380 639997, and we can discuss suitable arrangements with you.
 
Whilst attending the course all delegates are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.  Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and delegates will be asked to leave the course. 
 
The use of drugs and alcohol is prohibited whilst taking part on the course and any delegates believed to have consumed either, other than those on prescription medication as agreed beforehand, will be asked to leave the course.
 
Refunds will not be given for any modules not completed due to non-attendance or inappropriate behavior.
Responsibility is not accepted for personal accidents, damage or loss due to your negligence. Unnecessary damage and losses attributed to carelessness of a student will be paid for by the student at replacement price, fair wear and tear accounted for.

The deposit is non-returnable once a booking form has been received and accepted. Any balance of monies due shall become payable four weeks before the course commences. If the booking is made within six weeks of commencement, the total sum shall be due at the time of booking. If you cancel within 28 days of the start date of your course, you will continue to be liable for the full fee.

 

OMT will endeavor to run all advertised course or offer mutually convenient alternative calendar dates for courses of instruction. In the event of a course being cancelled for whatever reason, our liability will be limited to monies already received from you in respect of that course.

 

 Powerboat courses: There is a risk of injury, with the effects of whole body vibration on small vessels, and in particular severe shocks as a result of impacts. Anyone with neck or back injuries must make us aware at the time of booking.


Should you, for any reason, feel that the course may not have met your expectations, it is vital that you raise the issue at the earliest opportunity, so that we may rectify it as soon as possible. Alternatively, please contact the Chief Instructor, on 02380 639997. We may not be able to offer alternative arrangements for comments after the course is completed if the issue could have been solved during the course.

 

Occasionally we may use names/photos in promotional material, if you have an objection to this please let us know in writing.

 

Please ensure you look after your property, as OMT can not be held responsible for loss or damage. Remember to take all your belongings with you at the end of the course.
